Performance list for the Atlantic Coast Invitational to be held Friday and Saturday, February 5th and 6th at the Boo Williams Sportsplex in Hampton.

Additional Information

Host: The Atlantic Coast Track League & Lakeland High School

Awards: Top 6 Finishers & Winning Relays will receive awards. No team scores/awards.

Sanctioning: Meet is sanctioned by the Virginia High School League.

Facilities: The Boo Williams Sportsplex Track is a 6-lane 200m IAAF certified synthetic surface with two long jumps pits, one pole vault pit, one high jump pit and a wooden throwing circle.

Spikes: ¼” pyramid spikes only – no needle or “Christmas tree” spikes allowed. Shoes will be checked by the clerks. ¼” pyramid spikes will be available for sale.

Training Room: A Certified Athletics Trainer will be on staff for the meet.

Tickets & Concessions: Tickets for spectators will be on sale at the door for $6 adults, $4 children under 12 on the day of the meet. Concessions will be open.

Entries: Maximum: 2 entries per event. 1 Relay per school.

Entries will open in early January. You may make changes up until the closing deadline at 11:59 pm on February 2, 2010.

Entry Fees: $125 per team (boys & girls separate). Also there may be a $10 per athlete if you have less than 9 members. $25 dollars per relay if you are only running relays. Please make checks payable to Atlantic Coast Inv P.O. Box 1893 Norfolk VA 23501.
